How to talk about the move to the cloud....
1- Start by calulating the TCO and build the business case.
2- Manage the Change. This will affect application architecture, essential business processes and end user adoption and success. Be prepared and manage the change well.
3- Consider the legacy appliactions that cannot move to the cloud. Is it time to replace or refactor?
4- Consider the benefits of moving into the cloud: Shifting Capital expense to Operational, Agility Boost, compliance needs met by vendor, improved collaboration.
